Kainos policies are subject to change without notice. By participating with KMFI courses and/or signing the application, you agree to all policies listed, policies noted in the student handbook, to adhere to staff protocol and verbal commitments, and all terms and conditions. Course, Certificate, Degree Program Tuition/Refund Policy
Monthly payments are non-refundable. Refund Policy for other payments (down payments/split payments): 90% refundable within 10 days. After 10 days, all payments are final. Email kainosmin@gmail.com for more info.
In the event that Kainos closes either temporarily or permanently, students are not eligible for refunds for any payments made to Kainos. Closure or suspension could ensue due to unforeseen events, evacuations, pandemics, etc., or guidelines issued by Federal, State, or Local Governments.
Application and Student Portal Fees are non-refundable.
Any fees paid for books, apparel, supplies, outreach, travel, food, media, miscellaneous, badges, parking stickers, etc., are nonrefundable.
Limited scholarships are available and vary per semester, contact us to apply.
Course, Certificate, Degree Program Completion Requirements
Students must complete all coursework on due dates to be eligible to continue in school, graduate, and receive the certificate or degree. Course work requirements are handed out at the beginning of each course or program. Academic requirements include live classwork, homework, Zoom classes and meetings, and online course work.
Student Conduct
Students must adhere to all instructions, code of conduct, agreements, etc given by Kainos, its leadership, staff, and instructors. Failure to do so will result in immediate suspension and/or dismissal. Students will not be granted any refunds on grounds of suspension or dismissal.
Students who exhibit any behavior that causes danger to themselves or others will be immediately dismissed, asked to leave, or removed from the premises by authorities. Students who are dismissed for dangerous, violent behavior, or sexual harassment are not eligible for refunds. Students who are dismissed on these bases will receive a restraining order from SOR and/or other students. School of Revivalists Ministries Inc and/or other organizations, or individuals may take legal action for any personal, emotional, physical, property, business, or organizational damages that occur.
Pictures, Video, Media
By participating in any service, gathering, course, program, or activity with KMFI, you agree that your image may be captured by picture or video and used in media such as website, social media, promotional material, etc.
Disclaimer
Participate at your own risk. Being of lawful age and in consideration of being permitted to participate in activities of Kainos Ministries, Fellowship, and Institute, including, classes, services, events, gatherings, and all other ministry-sponsored or related activities, the Participant (you) releases and forever discharges the Activity Provider (KMFI), the Activity Provider's spouse, heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns from all manner of actions, causes of action, debts, accounts, bonds, contracts, claims and demands for or by reason of any injury to person or property, injury resulting in the death of the Participant, which has been or may be sustained as a consequence of the Participant's participation in the activities, and not withstanding that such damage, loss or injury may have been caused solely or partly by the negligence of the Activity Provider. Illnesses: By signing this agreement, I absolve KMFI from any illness involved contagion that may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. On my behalf, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless KMFI, its employees, agents, relatives, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
